How To Change The Layout Of My Video in Submagic
Layout Feature
The Layout feature is a powerful tool that allows users to customize how their video scenes are displayed and framed. Located in the B-roll tab, you can easily access this feature in the b-roll rows right next to the timestamps.
Available Layout Options:
Cover - This option fills the entire frame with your content, cropping edges if necessary to maintain the aspect ratio. It's perfect when you want your subject to take up the full screen space.
Contain - This setting ensures your entire content fits within the frame without any cropping. It may add letterboxing (black bars) to maintain the original proportions while keeping everything visible.
2 Faces - Specifically designed for scenarios with multiple people, this layout optimizes the framing to capture two faces or subjects effectively in the scene.
Fine-Tuning Control
The feature includes a convenient slider that lets you make precise adjustments to your scene's focus and positioning. This gives you granular control over exactly how your content appears, allowing you to find the perfect framing for each scene.
Whether you're working with single subjects, multiple people, or various content types, the Layout feature ensures your video scenes look exactly how you envision them, with the flexibility to adjust and refine the presentation to match your creative needs
