** Simple Submagic V2 **guide that helps you easily create eye-catching short-form videos with captions, effects, music, and more — without the need for video editing skills.

### **Step 1: Create a New Project**
1. Go to your **Project Page** - **To Your Dashboard**.
2. Click on to **“Generate Captions”** on the left side.
3. Choose one of the two options:
    * **Generate AI Captions** – Add captions, effects, transitions, zooms, and music to an existing short video.
> For this guide, we’ll focus on **Generate AI Captions**.

### **Step 2: Upload Your Video**
1. Click **Generate AI Captions**.
2. **Click to upload or Drag & drop** your video file.
3. Make sure your video length fits your plan’s limits.
4. Select:
    * The **language** of your video.
    * The **number of speakers** (so captions can adapt to each one).
5. Click **Generate Captions** — the AI will process it in about 40 seconds.

**Optional : Trim your video in the "Trim" before customizing your captions or adding b-rolls. You can use in "Trim" the AI features (Remove Silences and Remove Bad Takes).**

### **Step 3: Customize Your Captions**
Once your video loads:
1. Explore the **caption templates** – choose a style you like or customize your own. You can create custom templates at the moment only the Pro or Business plans.
2. Adjust text **color, font, weight, size**, or add **emojis** for personality.
3. Click **Edit Captions** to:
    * Fix any transcription errors.
    * Move or resize captions.
    * Highlight or emphasize specific words.
    * Add or remove emojis.

### **Step 4: Add a Hook Title**
1. Click **Generate Hook Title** – Submagic will automatically create a hook title for your video intro.
2. You can adjust the **text, font, style, and duration** to match your brand.

### **Step 5: Enhance Your Audio & Music, **
1. Use **Clean Audio** to improve sound quality.
2. Add **music** from Submagic’s trendy or premium music library.
3. Or upload your own track for a personalized touch.

**Optional : You can also use the AI feature "Correct Eye Contact" to correct and to maintain direct eye contact.**

### **Step 6: Adjust Video Colors**
Fine-tune your video’s **brightness**, **saturation**, and **temperature** to get the perfect look.

### **Step 7: Add B-Rolls, Zooms & Transitions**
1. Click on **B-rolls** – **Magic B-roll** AI automatically add relevant b-roll clips to match your content.
    * Don’t like one? Click **Change Media** to swap it.
2. Add **Transitions** between scenes.
3. Use **Zoom Effects** or **Magic Zoom** to auto-apply smooth zooms for extra engagement.

### **Step 8: Export Your Video**
1. Click **Export** when you’re done.
2. Choose your **quality settings** (e.g., 1080p or 2K or 4K, 30 or 60 FPS).
3. Save and share your finished video on your favorite platforms.
