# Why is my "generating captions" process blocked?

I suggest going to your [project page](https://submagic.co/home) and check if the **status **of your video is marked as "completed" (see an example below) 🧡

If you still see your project  "generating captions" after 5 minutes, delete the project by clicking left on the **trash icon** and upload your video again 🙏
